Holland broke his collarbone in July and missed last season. "It's in a different spot than the first time," USC coach Pete Carroll said. "He'll be out for spring." The injury is not considered as serious as the first break, however, and Holland is expected to run for USC's track team after spring drills. Holland caught three passes for 52 yards in his first scrimmage. He also caught a 22-yard touchdown pass and gained 26 yards on a reverse. He also returned punts and kickoffs, although Carroll said Holland was too tentative on special teams.
