
Mozique "Zeke" McCurtis was born on December 24, 1984 in San Diego, California. He stands six feet one and weighs 225 pounds.
He attended highschool at St. Augustine High School. Because of a torn knee ligament he missed his junior and senior seasons (2001 and 2002) at St. Augustine High in San Diego.
When he attended Grossmont in 2003, he did not play football. But in the 2004 season, he emerged as a starting safety by the middle of his freshman season at Grossmont Junior College in El Cajon, California. He recorded 30 tackles, 10 deflections and 2 interceptions as Grossmont went 11-1.
As a sophonre in 2005 season, McCurtis, played as a cornerback who transferred to USC in the fall of 2005 from a junior college, redshirted in 2005. He was sidelined all season with a strained abdominal muscle also known as sports hernia.
In the 2006 season, he will battle for playing time at cornerback as a sophomore in 2006.
